长联大跨钢桁梁桥无砟轨道道床施工技术

摘要 针对长联大跨钢桁梁桥刚度较小,变形量受温度、荷载影响较大,且各跨间挠度变形具有联动性等特点,为控制无砟轨道道床的线形及质量,研究合理的无砟道床施工顺序,提出CPⅢ“相对高差”控制方法,并通过荷载试验,修正了桥梁设计计算刚度与实际刚度之间的偏差,在工程实践中成功应用。 In view of the small stiffness of long-connected large-span steel truss girder bridges,the large deformation affected by temperature and load,and the linkage of deflection deformation between spans,in order to control the linear and quality of the ballastless track roadbed,a reasonable sequence of ballastless track roadbed construction is researched and the CPIII“relative height difference”control method is proposed.The deviation between the calculated stiffness and the actual stiffness of the bridge design is corrected through load tests and this method is successfully applied in engineering practice.
