头部刮痧治疗智力低下患儿的经验分析

Experience analysis of head scraping in the treatment of children with mental retardation

目的分析头部刮痧治疗智力低下患儿的临床效果。方法选取2017年10月至2019年10月我科室收治的60例智力低下患儿作为研究对象,均行头部刮痧治疗。观察患儿的临床治疗效果,并比较治疗前、后的智力分级情况。结果治疗后,患儿的智商(IQ)分值高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗总有效率为98.33%。治疗后,经我院康复评定科康复评估,由智力低下转为智力正常3例,由中度智力低下转为轻度智力低下10例,由重度智力低下转为中度智力低下3例。结论头部刮痧治疗智力低下患儿的临床效果显著,且容易被患儿及其家属接受。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of head scraping in the treatment of children with mental retardation.Methods A total of 60 children with mental retardation admitted in our department from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects and treated with head scraping.The clinical treatment effect of the children was observed,and the intelligence grading before and after treatment was compared.Results After treatment,the intelligence quotient(IQ)score of the children was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of treatment was 98.33%.After treatment,3 cases were converted from mental retardation to normal mental retardation,10 cases from moderate mental retardation to mild mental retardation,and 3 cases from severe mental retardation to moderate mental retardation by rehabilitation evaluation department of our hospital.Conclusion Head scraping in the treatment of children with mental retardation has a remarkable clinical effect,and it is easy to be accepted by children and their families.
