经腹部联合经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫肌瘤的临床价值

Clinical value of transabdominal combined with transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of hysteromyoma

目的分析经腹部联合经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫肌瘤的临床价值。方法以2018年1月至2021年1月接收的150例子宫肌瘤患者为试验组,同时选取150例子宫腺肌瘤患者为对照组,均实施经腹部与经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,并分析诊断结果。结果子宫肌瘤主要发生在阔韧带、黏膜下、肌壁间、浆膜下;经腹部联合经阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫肌瘤的检出率高于经腹部彩色多普勒超声、经阴道彩色多普勒超声,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫肌瘤的检出率高于经腹部彩色多普勒超声,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经腹部联合经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫肌瘤的灵敏度、准确度及阴性预测值高于经腹部彩色多普勒超声和经阴道彩色多普勒超声,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经腹部联合经阴道彩色多普勒超声在子宫肌瘤诊断中具有较高的应用价值,可提高诊断效能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of transabdominal combined with transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of hysteromyoma.Methods A total of 150 patients with hysteromyoma received from January 2018 to January 2021 were taken as test group,and 150 patients with endometrioma were selected as control group at the same time.All of them underwent transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound,and the diagnosis results were analyzed.Results Hysteromyoma mainly occurs in broad ligament,submucosa,intramuscular wall,and serosa;the detection rate of hysteromyoma by transabdominal combined with transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound was higher than that by transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the detection rate of hysteromyoma by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound was higher than that by transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity,accuracy and negative predictive value of transabdominal combined with transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of hysteromyoma were higher than those of transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transabdominal combind with transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound has high application value in the diagnosis of hysteromyoma,and it can improve the diagnostic efficiency,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
