还原型谷胱甘肽联合复方鳖甲软肝片对慢性乙肝肝硬化患者肝纤维化指标、氧化应激指标的影响

Effects of reduced glutathione combined with compound Biejia Ruangan tablet on liver fibrosis indexes and oxidative stress indexes in patients with chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis

目的探讨还原型谷胱甘肽联合复方鳖甲软肝片对慢性乙肝肝硬化患者肝纤维化指标、氧化应激指标的影响。方法选择2019年11月至2020年12月收治的80例慢性乙肝肝硬化患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规治疗加还原型谷胱甘肽,观察组在对照组基础上加复方鳖甲软肝片。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、透明质酸(HA)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的丙二醛(MDA)水平低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽联合复方鳖甲软肝片治疗慢性乙肝肝硬化的效果满意,可改善肝纤维化指标,调节氧化应激平衡,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effects of reduced glutathione combined with compound Biejia Ruangan tablet on liver fibrosis indexes and oxidative stress indexes in patients with chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis admitted from November 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy and reduced glutathione,and the observation group was treated with compound Biejia Ruangan tablet on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of procollagen typeⅢ(PCⅢ),laminin(LN)and hyaluronic acid(HA)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Reduced glutathione combined with compound Biejia Ruangan tablet in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis has a satisfactory effect,it can improve liver fibrosis indexes,regulate oxidative stress balance,which is worthy of promotion.
