益气活血化瘀通络法联合硝苯地平治疗老年痰瘀阻滞型高血压的效果及对患者8-OHdG、SOD、MDA水平的影响

Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Tongluo method combined with nifedipine in the treatment of elderly patients with phlegm-stasis blocking hypertension and its influences on 8-OHdG,SOD and MDA levels

目的探讨益气活血化瘀通络法联合硝苯地平治疗老年痰瘀阻滞型高血压的效果及对患者8-羟基脱氧鸟苷酸(8-OHdG)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月我院收治的100例老年痰瘀阻滞型高血压患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(50例,硝苯地平治疗)与观察组(50例,益气活血化瘀通络法+硝苯地平治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的收缩压及舒张压均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的一氧化氮(NO)水平均升高,内皮素-1(ET-1)水平均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的8-OHdG、MDA水平均降低,SOD水平均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率为2.00%,低于对照组的14.00%(P<0.05)。结论益气活血化瘀通络法联合硝苯地平治疗老年痰瘀阻滞型高血压的临床效果显著,可降低患者的收缩压及舒张压,改善血管内皮功能与氧化应激水平,且药物不良反应小,值得推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Tongluo method combined with nifedipine in the treatment of elderly patients with phlegm-stasis blocking hypertension and its influences on 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine(8-OHdG),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)levels.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with phlegm-stasis blocking hypertension admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(50 cases,nifedipine treatment)and observation group(50 cases,Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Tongluo method+nifedipine treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of nitric oxide(NO)in the two groups increased,and the level of endothelin-1(ET-1)decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 8-OHdG and MDA in the two groups decreased,and the level of SOD increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.00%,which was lower than 14.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Tongluo method combined with nifedipine in the treatment of elderly phlegm-stasis blocking hypertension has a significant clinical effect.It can reduce the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of patients,improve vascular endothelial function and the level of oxidative stress,and has less adverse drug reactions,which is worthy of promotion and application.
