多媒体辅助的趣味视频示范指导结合家庭参与疼痛管理对先天性心脏病术后患儿疼痛介质、配合度及恐惧感的影响

Influences of multimedia-assisted fun video demonstration and guidance combined with family participation in pain management on the pain mediators,degree of adaptability and sense of fear in children with congenital heart disease after surgery

目的探讨多媒体辅助的趣味视频示范指导结合家庭参与疼痛管理在先天性心脏病(CHD)术后患儿中的应用效果。方法将我院2019年3月至2021年4月收治的120例CHD患儿以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施多媒体辅助的趣味视频示范指导结合家庭参与疼痛管理。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的5-羟色胺(5-HT)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)、P物质(SP)水平及斯宾思儿童焦虑量表(SCAS)、儿童抑郁量表(CDI)评分、儿童医疗恐惧量表(CMFS)各维度评分均低于对照组,儿童配合度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多媒体辅助的趣味视频示范指导结合家庭参与疼痛管理可控制CHD术后疼痛介质水平,提高患儿配合度,减轻其心理负担及恐惧感。

Objective To explore the application effect of multimedia-assisted fun video demonstration and guidance combined with family participation in pain management in children with congenital heart disease(CHD)after surgery.Methods A total of 120 children with CHD admitted in our hospital from March 2019 to April 2021 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received multimedia-assisted fun video demonstration and guidance combined with family participation in pain management on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),prostaglandin E2(PGE2),substance P(SP)levels,Spence Child Anxiety Scale(SCAS),Children's Depression Inventory(CDI)scores and each dimension of the Child Medical Fear Scale(CMFS)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the degree of adaptability score of children was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multimedia-assisted fun video demonstration and guidance combined with family participation in pain management can control the levels of pain mediators after CHD surgery,improve degree of adaptability,and reduce psychological burden and sense of fear of children.
