摘要
目的探究Teach back健康教育对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者疾病不确定感和临床症状改善时间的影响。方法将104例SAP患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理)和研究组(在对照组的基础上实施Teach back健康教育),各52例。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,研究组的疾病知识知晓率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的疾病不确定感量表各维度评分及总分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的临床各症状改善时间短于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Teach back健康教育应用于SAP中,能有效增强患者对疾病的认知水平,降低疾病不确定感。
Objective To explore the effects of Teach back health education on illness uncertainty and improvement time of clinical symptoms in patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods A total of 104 patients with SAP were divided into control group(routine nursing)and study group(Teach back health education on the basis of the control group)by random number method,with 52 cases in each group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the awareness rate of disease knowledge in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of illness uncertainty scale and total score were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Teach back health education applied in SAP can effectively enhance patients'cognition of disease,reduce disease uncertainty.
