电影产业不仅需要工业化、流程化发展,更需要绿色、低碳发展,必须走高质量的绿色发展之路。海南自贸港电影产业总体呈现积极的发展势头,可以借助建设自贸港的各项利好政策,吸取电影产业在绿色制造、需求衍生、符号消费环节的现实经验,通过传统生产与绿色制造并行发展,开发电影衍生品,跨界合作强化符号消费,多产业协同绿色发展,尝试设立电影产业绿色发展基金等方式,助力海南自贸港电影产业绿色发展构想的实现,力争在海南率先实现电影产业“碳中和”目标。

The film industry needs not only the industrialization and the process development,but also the green and low-carbon development,so a high-quality green development path must be taken.In general,the film industry in Hainan free trade port has shown a positive momentum of industrial development.With the help of various favorable policies for the construction of free trade port,we can draw on the practical experience of the film industry in green manufacturing,demand derivation,and symbol consumption.Through the parallel development of traditional production and green manufacturing,we can develop film derivatives,strengthen symbol consumption through cross-border cooperation,coordinate green development of multiple industries,and try to establish a film industry green development fund in an effort to help the realization of the green development concept of Hainan free trade port's film industry and to strive to take the lead in achieving the goal of“carbon neutrality”in the film industry in Hainan.
