“双碳”背景下深圳市公交票价优惠政策优化思路研究 被引量:2

摘要 建设以公交+轨道一体化出行网络为核心的绿色出行体系是实现交通领域减排的重要手段之一,本文将影响一体化出行网络构建的重要因素公交票价优惠政策作为切入点,以轨道交通大规模成网的深圳为实证对象,分析该阶段公交票价优惠政策存在问题,借鉴国内外城市经验,提出公交票价优惠政策优化的四个思路,并逐一进行优缺点分析,为深圳公交票价优惠政策调整提供理论依据,也可为同类背景城市公交票价政策优化提供思路。 The construction of a green travel system centered on a bus+rail integrated travel network is one of the important means to achieve emission reduction in the transportation sector.Taking Shenzhen,which is a large-scale rail transit network,as the empirical object,it analyzes the problems of the preferential policies for bus fares at this stage,draws on the experience of domestic and foreign cities,and puts forward four ideas for optimizing the preferential policies for bus fares,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages one by one.The adjustment of Shenzhen's bus fare preferential policy provides a theoretical basis,and it can also provide ideas for the optimization of urban bus fare policy with the same background.
