近三年的新冠肺炎疫情给我国经济和社会生产生活带来巨大影响,各行各业受到冲击,城市居民的交通出行需求和出行方式也在疫情应对政策变化中不断调整。受新冠病毒传播特性和疫情防控政策的变化性影响,城市公共交通客流出现断崖式下降。本文从疫情影响公交运营组织着手,分析疫情下的公交客流变化,提出如何在保证社会效益和经济效益的基础上开展公交运营组织。同时结合疫情对全社会的影响,把不利条件合理利用,提出了公交运营组织的调整建议,以供行业参考。

The COVID-19 epidemic in the past three years has had a huge impact on China's economic and social production and life,all walks of life have been impacted,and the transportation needs and travel modes of urban residents have also been continuously adjusted in the change of epidemic response policies.Affected by the characteristics of the spread of the new crown virus and the changes in epidemic prevention and control policies,the passenger flow of urban public transportation has declined off a cliff.This paper starts from the public transport operation organization affected by the epidemic,analyzes the changes in bus passenger flow under the epidemic,and proposes how to carry out the bus operation organization on the basis of ensuring social and economic benefits.At the same time,combined with the impact of the epidemic on the whole society,the unfavorable conditions are rationally utilized,and suggestions for the adjustment of the bus operation organization are put forward for the reference of the industry.
