社区里的“三三三”——青岛市崂山区中韩街道探索党建引领社会组织参与社区治理新路径

Innovative Working Method Adopted to Explore a New Path for Party Building

社区是社会治理最基础的单元。推动各方力量向社区一线聚集,引导广大社会组织聚焦民生需求提供精准服务,是健全党组织领导的自治、法治、德治相结合的城乡基层治理体系的必由之路。今年以来,青岛市崂山区中韩街道办事处以打造“民聚山海·党耀华都”华都社区党建品牌示范点为契机,引入青岛汇泉社会工作服务中心等社会组织,着力构建党建引领下的社会组织有序有效参与社区治理的新机制,形成了“三三三”社区治理工作经验。

Since the beginning of this year, Zhonghan Subdistrict Office of Laoshan District, Qingdao, taking the opportunity to make the Huadu community a Party-building brand demonstration site by "pooling the strength of the people, and letting the Party’s glory shine in Huadu", has introduced social organizations such as Qingdao Huiquan Social Work Service Center, and made vigorous efforts to build a new mechanism for social organizations to participate in community governance in an orderly and effective manner under the guidance of Party building. An innovative approach to community governance has been adopted, namely playing the leading role of organizations, culture and technology;building professional teams, providing regular services and creating brands;providing fund guarantees, talent support and putting supervision in place. So far, eight inclusive community public service activities have been carried out, benefiting 758 people directly and over 2,000 people indirectly.
