第三代双动杯全髋关节置换的临床应用进展

Clinical application progress of third-generation dual-mobility cups in total hip arthroplasty

全髋关节置换术后脱位是令关节外科医生头疼的问题,严重时需要进行翻修。双动杯全髋关节置换(DMC-THA)已被证实能有效降低术后脱位率,但第一代双动杯假体界面磨损较大,使用寿命有限。第三代DMC经过改良,降低了磨损速率,因此极少出现并发症,大大提升了应用价值。本文将就第三代DMC临床应用中适应证、并发症等进展作简要综述。

Dislocation after total hip arthroplasty is a troublesome problem for surgeons,and it needs revision when it is serious.Total hip arthroplasty(TH A)of dual mobility cups(DMC)has been proven to reduce postoperative dislocation rate effectively,but the interface wear of the first-generation dual-mobility cups is large and has a limited life.The third-generation DMC has been improved to reduce the rate of wear.So there are few complications,which greatly enhance the application value.This article briefly reviewed the progress of indications and complications in the clinical application of the third-generation DMC.
