摘要
利用面板回归、GMM和工具变量回归等方法,研判数字金融对区域创新生态的影响。结果显示:数字金融可以显著促进区域创新生态水平的提升,而且可通过提升“互联网+”水平和调节政府科技支出来间接提升区域创新生态水平。区域异质性分析显示,数字金融的创新生态溢出效应存在显著的区域差异。从不同创新生态要素来看,数字金融的创新生态溢出效应均显著为正。在有效金融监管下,数字金融对区域创新生态具有一定的驱动效应。从而提出:要加快互联网与数字金融深度融合;加大金融创新力度;加强传统金融机构与新兴技术手段融合;加快金融支持绿色技术创新体系建设;改善当前金融监管体系。
This paper uses panel regression, GMM and instrumental variable regression to research and judge the impact of digital finance on the regional innovation ecology. The results show that digital finance can significantly promote the improvement of the regional innovation ecological level, and it can indirectly improve the regional innovation ecology by improving the development level of “Internet +” and adjusting government expenditures. The analysis of regional heterogeneity shows that there are significant regional differences in the innovation ecological spillover effects of digital finance. From the perspective of different innovation ecological elements, the spillover effects of digital finance innovation ecological are all significantly positive. Under effective financial supervision, digital finance has a certain driving effect on the regional innovation ecological level. We must accelerate the integration of the Internet and digital finance, increase financial innovation, strengthen the integration of traditional financial institutions and emerging technologies, accelerate the financial support of the green technology innovation system and improve the current financial supervision system.
