乳腺癌组织中BRCA1/2、p65表达与HPV感染的相关性

摘要 目的探究乳腺癌组织中乳腺癌易感基因1/2(BRCA1/2)、核因子κB亚基p65表达与人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染的相关性。方法选取2019年1月-2020年10月杭州市萧山区第一人民医院收治的乳腺癌患者184例为研究组,乳腺良性肿瘤患者60例为对照组,检测两组患者乳腺肿瘤组织HPV、BRCA1/2、p65表达情况,分析HPV、BRCA1/2、p65阳性表达与乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系。结果研究组HPV、p65表达阳性率高于对照组,BRCA1、BRCA2表达阳性率低于对照组(P<0.05);乳腺癌淋巴结转移患者HPV阳性率高于淋巴结未转移患者(P<0.05);乳腺癌不同临床分期、淋巴结是否转移BRCA1、BRCA2、p65阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HPV阳性乳腺癌患者BRCA1、BRCA2阳性率低于HPV阴性患者(P<0.05),p65阳性率高于阴性患者(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者HPV、p65阳性率上调,BRCA1/2阳性率下调,且相互作用参与乳腺癌的发病与进展。 OBJECTIVE To explore the correlation between expression of breast cancer susceptibility gene 1/2(BRCA1/2),nuclear factor kappaB subunit p65 protein in breast cancer tissues and human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.METHODS Totally 184 breast cancer patients who were treated in Xiaoshan District First People′s Hospital from Jan 2019 to Oct 2020 were assigned as the study group,and 60 patients with benign breast tumors were chosen as the control group.The expression levels of HPV,BRCA1/2 and p65 in breast tumor tissues were detected for the two groups of patients,and the relationship between the positive expression of HPV,BRCA1/2 and p65 and the clinicopathologic characteristics of breast cancer was observed.RESULTS The positive rates of HPV and p65 of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the positive rates of BRCA1 and BRCA2 of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The positive rate of HPV of the patients with lymph node metastasis of breast cancer was significantly higher than that of the patients without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);there were significant differences in the positive rates of BRCA1,BRCA2 and p65 among the patients with different clinical stages of breast cancer or between the patients with lymph node metastasis and the patients without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);the positive rates of BRCA1 and BRCA2 of the HPV-positive breast cancer patients were significantly lower than those of the HPV-negative patients(P<0.05),while the positive rate of p65 of the HPV-positive patients was significantly higher than that of the HPV-negative patients(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The positive rates of HPV and p65 of the breast cancer patients are up-regulated,while the positive rate of BRCA1/2 is down-regulated,and the interaction may participate in the occurrence and development of breast cancer.
