猪传染性胃肠炎是由胃肠炎病毒感染引发的传染性疾病,主要通过消化道传播,各品种、日龄及性别的猪均有可能被传染,日龄越小的猪传染几率越大。育肥猪、成年猪在感染后临床症状不明显,但仔猪感染该病毒后临床上会表现出较严重的上吐下泻、脱水和机体衰竭等症状,致死率较高。目前,尚未研制出治疗该疾病的特效药,患病猪可采取对症治疗方法缓解病情,降低死亡率。预防该疾病需从多方面进行科学防控,最大限度降低该病发生率,降低养猪户的经济损失。

Porcine infectious gastroenteritis is an infectious disease caused by gastroenteritis virus infection.It is mainly transmitted through the digestive tract.Pigs of all varieties,ages and genders may be infected.The younger the age,the greater the probability of infection.Fattening pigs and adult pigs have no obvious clinical symptoms after infection,but piglets infected with the virus will show more serious symptoms such as vomiting,diarrhea,dehydration and body failure,with a high mortality rate.At present,no specific drug has been developed to treat the disease.The sick pigs can take symptomatic treatment to alleviate the disease and reduce the mortality.To prevent the disease,scientific prevention and control should be carried out in many aspects to minimize the incidence of the disease and reduce the economic losses of pig farmers.
