新时代的壮丽史诗:“筑梦——我们的新时代美术、摄影作品展”述评

Grand Epic of the New Era: Commentary on “Building Dreams: Artwork and Photography Exhibition of our New Era”

“筑梦——我们的新时代美术、摄影作品展”以150余幅美术作品构成的宏大叙事,系统展现了新时代10年来党和国家事业所取得的辉煌成就,生动刻画出以“脱贫攻坚”“抗疫”“科技报国”“冬奥会”“人类命运共同体”为核心的当代精神谱系。本文以“感知新时代、再现新辉煌”“从现实到史诗”“建构新时代精神谱系”3个部分所构成的叙事逻辑,结合具体作品的分析,层层递进地评述了本次展览的价值取向及美学特色。本文以为,艺术家们只有从新时代的巨变中获取题材,提炼主题,把握从现实到史实的创作规律,将自己的才华、想象力、激情与党和国家发展的理念结合在一起,才能创造出无愧于时代的杰作。

“Building Dreams: Artwork and Photography Exhibition of our New Era”, with nearly 150 exhibits, systemically demonstrates splendid achievements made by China and the Communist Party of China(CPC) in the past ten years, and showcases contemporary spirits shown by “poverty eradication”, “Covid-19 response”, “serving the country by developing science and technology”, “the Olympic Winter Games” and “a community with a shared future for mankind”. This paper analyzes artworks from three segments—“Feeling the New Era, Making New Achievements”, “from Reality to Epic” and “Establishing Inspiring Principles in the New Era”, and comments on the value and aesthetic features of this exhibition. It believes that artists should choose themes that are related to great changes in the new era, grasp creation principles and combine their talent, imagination and passion with the development philosophy of the CPC and the country, so as to create masterpieces that live up to the expectations of the new era.
