配电网融冰技术综述

摘要 阐述了线路覆冰的形成机理及覆冰灾害的分类,为分析线路融冰提供参考。研究分析了国内外融冰研究成果和最新研究进展,对国内外现有线路除冰、融冰技术进行了分类总结。按照融冰时是否影响负荷运行,可分为离线融冰和在线融冰;按照融冰原理,可分为机械融冰、热力融冰和其他融冰方法。阐述了各种融冰方法的原理,重点介绍了热力融冰法。从有效性、可操作性等方面对除冰技术及方法在配电网中的应用价值和前景进行了综合评估,得出目前配电网中使用的融冰技术大多是基于主网特性研究的,仅有一种基于不接地系统的零序电流融冰技术。提出了应重视配电网络覆冰的理论研究,落脚配电网自身特性,不断研究新技术方法,增强配电网抵御冰雪灾害能力。 The formation mechanism and classification of ice overlaying disaster are expounded in this paper,which can be used as reference for the analysis of ice overlaying disaster.In this paper,the research achievements and the latest research progress of de-icing at home and abroad are analyzed.It can be divided into offline ice melting and online ice melting according to whether melting affects load operation.According to the principle of de-icing,it can be divided into mechanical de-icing,thermal de-icing and other de-icing methods.The principle of various methods of melting ice is expounded,and the thermal method of melting ice is emphatically introduced.The application value and foreground of de-icing technology and method in distribution network are comprehensively evaluated from the aspects of effectiveness and operability.It is concluded that most of the de-icing techniques used in the distribution network are based on the characteristics of the main network and there is only one zero-sequence current de-icing technique based on ungrounded systems.Some suggestions are put forward that we should pay more attention to the theoretical research on ice overlaying of distribution network,the characteristics of the distribution network,and constantly study new technology and methods to strengthen the ability of distribution network to withstand snow and ice disasters.
