通信电源模块交流输入高压防护

摘要 通信电源模块开机时需要限制冲击电流,交流输入异常高压情况下需要保护整流桥后电解电容以防过压损坏。分析了通信电源模块常见软启动及输入过压保护方法的不足,介绍了现有技术中2种高压防护有效解决方案,论述了其电路原理及优缺点。 When the communication power module is turned on,the inrush current needs to be limited,and the electrolytic capacitor behind the rectifier bridge needs to be protected to prevent overvoltage damage when the AC input is abnormally high voltage.The shortcomings of common soft-start and input overvoltage protection methods for communication power modules are analyzed,two effective solutions for high-voltage protection in existing technology are introduced,and their circuit principles,advantages and disadvantages are analyzed..
