摘要
变电站智能化已成为电网发展的趋势,由于智能设备和网络设备大规模使用了芯片,其工作环境温度的高低将直接影响设备的性能。就地智能柜虽然配置有空调,能起到一定的通风散热效果,但由于缺乏对空调的有效维护,柜式空调发挥的效果有限。为解决上述问题,设计了一种变电站就地智能柜柜式空调的可拆式自动防尘装置。该装置采用一体式模块化结构设计,装置整体与各模块均可快速安装拆卸,利用双重防护过滤增强防尘效果,保证了空调的长期正常运行,从而为智能柜内设备提供一个良好的工作环境,同时有效提高了智能柜巡视维护的工作质量和效率。
At present,the intelligent substation has become the trend of power grid development,due to the largescale use of chips by smart devices and network equipment,the level of working environment temperature will directly affect the performance of the equipment.Although the local smart cabinet is equipped with air conditioning,it can play a certain role in ventilation and heat dissipation,but due to the lack of effective maintenance of air conditioning,the effect of cabinet air conditioning is limited.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designs a substation in-situ smart cabinet type air conditioner detachable automatic dust-proof device,the device adopts an integrated modular structure design,the device as a whole and each module can be quickly installed and disassembled,the use of double protection filtration to enhance the dust-proof effect.By ensuring the long-term normal operation of air conditioning,it provides a good working environment for the equipment in the smart cabinet,and effectively improves the quality and efficiency of the smart cabinet inspection and maintenance of the operation and maintenance personnel.
