基于热环境评价指标的数据中心高密度设备散热优化

摘要 针对数据中心高密度机房存在局部热点、制冷效率低等问题,通过计算流体力学仿真手段,以南京市某数据中心为例,应用6Sigma Room软件模拟分析了3种工况下机房内的热环境与气流组织。依据供热指数、回热指数和回风温度指数这3个评价指标,结合机架最大出风温度和机房内流线分布情况,对初始工况和2个优化工况进行分析与总结,探求较优方案,并给出进一步优化的思路与建议。 Aiming at the problems of local hot spots and low cooling efficiency in the high-density computer room of the data center,this paper takes a data center in Nanjing as an example by means of computational fluid dynamics simulation.The 6Sigma Room software is used to simulate and analyze the thermal environment and air distribution in the engine room under three working conditions.According to the three evaluation indicators of the heating index,the return heat index and the return air temperature index,combined with the maximum outlet air temperature of the rack and the streamline distribution in the equipment room,the initial working condition and the two optimized working conditions are analyzed and summarized.to explore better solutions,and to give ideas and suggestions for further optimization.
