语音通信是一种最基础的通信服务,随着5G网络规模部署和终端的日益普及,基于5G网络的语音解决方案主流选项包括长期演进语音承载(Voice over Long-Term Evolution,Vo-LTE)、EPS FallBack和新空口承载语音(Voice over New Radio,VoNR),其中VoNR被认为是5G语音的终极解决方案。分析了5G语音解决方案、新空口承载语音(Voice over New Radio,VoNR)关键技术以及应用场景等,探讨了不同建设阶段VoNR演进路径和部署策略、不同终端的语音方案选择策略,为夯实VoNR业务生态基础提供理论支撑。

Voice communication is the most basic communication service.With the scale deployment of 5G networks and the increasing popularity of terminals,the mainstream options of voice solutions based on 5G networks include Voice over Long-Term Evolution(Vo-LTE),EPS FallBack and Voice over New Radio(VoNR),among which VoNR is considered as the ultimate solution for 5G voice.This paper analyzes the 5G voice solution,key technologies and application scenarios of VoNR,and discusses the evolution path and deployment strategy of VoNR in different construction stages,and the voice scheme selection strategy of different terminals,which provides theoretical support for consolidating the ecological foundation of VoNR services.
