亿成选煤厂托管运营后技术改造与升级 被引量:1

摘要 基于亿成选煤厂自主运营现状的主要问题,借助于现有的托管运营模式,从技术及管理两个方面解决该厂洗选问题。托管运营模式实现后,筛上物精煤灰分降至9.67%,矸石含精率降至1%以内,中煤含精率降至5%以内,回收率提高了3%左右,参照选煤厂设计能力2.40Mt/a,可增收原煤7.2万t/a,精煤水分降低了3.68%,改善了运输成本,原煤小时入洗量提高至400t/h,设备维修保养时间也从2.5h/d降至0.5h/d,基本实现了亿成选煤厂现代化生产,从而验证了亿成选煤厂托管运营模式的可行性。 Aiming at the main problems of independent operation of Yicheng Coal preparation Plant, trusteeship operation mode was introduced to solve the problems from the view of technology and management. With the trusteeship operation mode, the clean coal ash content of screen overflow reduced to 9.67%, the clean coal content in gangue was within 1%, the clean coal content in middlings was within 5%. The clean coal recovery rate 3 percentage points higher, that was 72000 tons more clean coal each year, for the design capacity of the coal preparation plant was 240 Mt/a. The water content of clean coal was 3.68 percentage points lower, and the washing capacity of raw coal per hour increased to 380 t/h, the failure rate of equipment decreased from 2.5 h to 0.5 h, modernized production was basically realized, which verified the feasibility of the trusteeship operation mode of Yicheng Coal preparation Plant.
