武术与民族传统体育专业人才培养模式研究--基于产教融合的视角

Research on Talent Training Mode of Wushu and National Traditional Sports Major--Based on the Perspective of Industry and Education Integration

该文基于产教融合的视角对武术与民族传统体育专业人才培养模式进行研究,通过SWOT分析研究该专业发展的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,并提出该专业产教融合培养模式发展的四点策略:第一,建立产教融合人才培养的校企合作长效机制;第二,制定相对稳定但又不乏灵活性的产教融合培养目标;第三,找准定位,打造优势专业;第四,改革课程和学分设置模式。

In this paper,based on the perspective of industry education integration,it studies the talent training mode of Wushu and traditional national sports major.Through SWOT analysis,it studies the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the professional development,and puts forward four strategies for the development of the professional industry and education integration training mode:First,establish a long-term mechanism of school enterprise cooperation for industry and education integration;Second,establish a relatively stable but flexible goal of industry and education integration;Third,find out the right position and create a superior specialty;Fourth,reform the curriculum and credit setting mode.
