摘要
注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)又称多动症,是常见的儿童神经发育性疾病。而执行功能障碍作为ADHD患儿最主要的缺陷之一,影响着儿童的学习和生活。现有研究表明,运动能够促进正常儿童行为以及认知能力的发展,且近年来更多的学者倾向于研究运动对特殊儿童的干预效果,但很少有研究将重点放在运动对ADHD患儿的脑智提升方面。未来的研究除应进一步细化运动干预方案外,还应重点关注改善ADHD儿童神经结构和功能的运动干预手段。
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD), also known as hyperactivity disorder, is a common neurodevelopmental disease in children. Executive dysfunction, as one of the most important defects of ADHD children,closely affects children’s learning and life. The existing research shows that exercise can promote the development of normal children’s behavior and cognitive ability. In recent years, more scholars tend to study the intervention effect of exercise on special children, but few studies focus on the improvement of brain intelligence of children with ADHD.In addition to further refining the exercise intervention program, future research should also focus on the exercise intervention means to improve the neural structure and function of children with ADHD.
