中小学卓越体育教师的专业素养与培养路径研究

摘要 继2014年颁布《关于实施卓越教师培养计划的意见》后,教育部再一次于2018年发布《关于实施卓越教师培养计划2.0的意见》,充分表示了对卓越教师建设的重视,该研究从中小学卓越体育教师专业素养培养的必要性出发,以中小学卓越体育教师专业素养的客观事实为基础,从专业知识、运动技能、专业情感、教育教学能力4个方面提出了中小学卓越体育教师专业素养培养的新要求,并对培养途径进行了思考与实践。 After issuing The Opinions on the Implementation of the Excellent Teacher Training Program in 2014, the Ministry of Education again issued Opinions on the Implementation of Excellent Teacher Training Plan 2.0 again in2018, fully expressing the importance of the construction of excellent teachers. Starting from the necessity of cultivating the professional quality of excellent PE teachers in primary and secondary schools, and based on the objective facts of the professional quality of excellent PE teachers in primary and secondary schools, this study puts forward new requirements for cultivating the professional quality of excellent PE teachers in primary and secondary schools from four aspects: professional knowledge, sports skills, professional emotions, and educational and teaching abilities, and also thinks about and practices the training approaches.
