摘要
在舰船空调系统中,汽水板式换热器常用于冬季舱室供热。负荷变化导致蒸汽侧冷凝水难以排放,进而影响蒸汽调节阀的使用寿命和舱室环境控制。通过分析蒸汽侧冷凝水难以排放原因,提出四种方案解决冷凝水排放问题,为后续板式换热器的使用提供参考。分析汽水板式换热器蒸汽侧和水侧的换热机理,改变采用蒸汽调节阀控制汽水换热量的传统方法,而是调节板式换热器中冷凝水液位高低来控制汽水换热面积,进而达到控制汽水换热量的目的,实现相对恒温的热媒水供给,使舱室环境更加舒适稳定。
In ship air conditioning systems,soda plate heat exchangers are often used for heating cabins in winter.Load changes make it difficult to discharge condensate on the steam side,which in turn affects the service life of the steam control valve and the cabin environment control.By analyzing the reasons why it is difficult to discharge condensate on the steam side,three solutions are proposed to solve the problem of condensate discharge,which provides a reference for the subsequent use of plate heat exchangers.Analyze the heat exchange mechanism of the steam side and the water side of the steam-water plate heat exchanger,and change the traditional method of using the steam regulating valve to control the steam-water heat exchange,but adjust the condensate level in the plate heat exchanger to control the steam-water heat exchange area.In turn,the purpose of controlling the heat exchange of the steam and water is achieved,and the relatively constant temperature heating medium water supply is realized,so that the cabin environment is more comfortable and stable.
