摘要
本文针对汽车产品对标分析项目实施的一般步骤做了分析和介绍,包括组织设立并培训,资料收集和分析,确立对标车型,静态动态测评,整车拆解分析,制定改善报告,执行并及反馈。笔者分享了对标分析法的实际项目,把该方法合理的应用到产品价值工程当中去,帮助企业节约成本的同时,提高了产品的竞争力。
This paper explains and analyzes the general steps of benchmarking method applying on vehicle product,including setting up team and training,collecting material&analysis,confirming benchmarking target,static&dynamic test,vehicle tear down analysis,generating improvement report,implementation and feedback.The benchmarking examples is shared in this paper and this methods applied to vehicle product value engineering project.It improves the material cost and enhance the product competitiveness.
