摘要
为明确档案外包服务企业从业人员胜任力要素,加强从业人员引进规划及培训,培养符合岗位需求的专业人才,依据PRISM评估指南、NARA胜任力模型、O*NET职业信息网络项目,以及档案服务外包相关标准,形成了档案外包服务企业人员胜任力理论要素集。并通过珠三角地区档案服务外包行业岗位职责调研,提炼出相关从业人员胜任力实践要素集。最后依据胜任力特征理论,整合理论实践要素集,构建了包含通用、核心与技术胜任力要素的档案外包服务企业人员胜任力模型。
In order to clarify the competency elements of employees of archives outsourcing service enterprises,strengthen the introduction planning and training of employees,and cultivate professional talents who meet the needs of positions,according to the PRISM evaluation guideline,NARA competency model,the Occupational Information Network and the relevant standards of archives service outsourcing in China,the theoretical elements of personnel competency in archives outsourcing service enterprises was formed.And through the investigation of job responsibilities in the archives service outsourcing industry in the Pearl River Delta region,the practical elements of relevant practitioner’s competency in this region was extracted.Finally,based on the theory of competency characteristics and integrating the set of theoretical and practical elements,a personnel competency model of archives outsourcing service enterprises was constructed,which includes general,core and technical competency elements.
