区域跨境电商综合试验区运营优化策略研究--以崇左跨境电子商务综合试验区为例

Research on Operation Optimization Strategy of Regional Cross border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone--Taking Chongzuo Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone as an Example

崇左跨境电子商务综合试验区自获批以来,抢抓跨境电商发展机遇,呈现出发展强劲的良好态势,但仍存在运营环境、运营模式、运营效率等方面的问题。文章基于对崇左跨境电子商务综合试验区的调研分析,提出建立跨境电商运营生态环境圈、优化运营系统、创新运营模式、强化市场运作、加强校企融合等运营优化策略,以期推动跨境电商综合试验区快速发展。

Since the approval of Chongzuo Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone,it has seized the development opportunities of cross-border e-commerce and shown a good momentum of strong development,but there are still problems in the operation environment,operation mode,operation efficiency and other aspects.Based on the investigation and analysis of Chongzuo cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone,this paper proposes the operation optimization strategies such as establishing cross-border e-commerce operation ecological environment circle,optimizing operation system,innovating operation mode,strengthening market operation and strengthening school-enterprise integration,in order to promote the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone.
