“泰国4.0”战略背景下泰国职业教育发展现状及改革策略研究

Research on the Development and Reform Strategy of Vocational Education in Thailand under the Background of“Thailand 4.0 Strategy”

当前,与许多发展中国家一样,泰国正面临着“不平衡陷阱”“不平等陷阱”和“中等收入陷阱”等阻滞国家经济向更高水平发展的难题。“泰国4.0”战略的提出有利于帮助泰国摆脱上述问题并推动国家经济实现持续高效增长。政策的推行需要与之匹配的人力资源来保驾护航,因此,创新和新技术应用人才是泰国新的经济模式顺利实施和推进的根本保证。文章立足于“泰国4.0”战略背景,对泰国职业教育的发展现状进行了系统分析,指出其面临的问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的改革策略,以促进“泰国4.0”战略的实施和泰国经济的快速发展。

At present,like many developing countries,Thailand is facing"imbalance trap","inequality trap"and"middle income trap",which hinder the development of national economy to a higher level."Thailand 4.0 Strategy"is helpful to Thailand for getting rid of the above-mentioned traps and promoting the national economy to sustainable,efficient growth and rapid development.The implementation of policies needs matching human resources;therefore,innovation and new technology applied talents are the fundamental guarantee for the implementation of Thailand's new economic model.Based on the background of"4.0 strategy",this paper makes a systematic analysis of the development status of Thailand's vocational education,points out the problems it faces,and puts forward corresponding reform strategies in view of these problems,in an attempt to promote"Thailand 4.0 strategy"and speed up the rapid development of Thailand's economy to provide suggestions.
