“三全育人”视域下高校心理育人路径探析

Exploration on the Route of Education in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of“Three Wide Education”

随着我国高等教育的高质量发展,大学生面临的心理压力逐渐加深,心理问题频发,加强大学生心理健康教育事关高校稳定安全,高校心理育人工作变得至关重要。本文以“三全育人”为视角,探讨高校心理育人工作开展过程中存在的问题与不足,从加强心理育人队伍协同建设、建立全域监控心理育人体系、形成多方协同心理育人机制三个方面出发,探析了开展高校心理育人工作的路径。

With the high-quality development of higher education in China, college students face the intensified psychological pressure and frequent psychological problems. Universities should attach great importance to providing psychological health education to college students, which plays a crucial part in building a safe and stable universities. This paper, on one hand, discusses the problems and deficiencies in the process of psychological education in colleges and universities from the perspective of “Three Wide Education”;on the other hand, explore the path to carry out psychological education in colleges and universities, which needs a better combination of collaborative construction of psychological education team, all-domain monitoring system of psychological education and the multi-party collaborative psychological education mechanism.
