普通本科高校学生实习权益保护研究——以山东财经大学为例

Protection of College Students’Rights and Interests During Internship Period:Taking Shandong University of Finance and Economics for Example

普通高校本科实习是学生将所学专业知识与工作实践相联系,提升应用能力的重要途径。研究发现,普通本科高校学生实习过程中存在实习期安全管理责任缺失、劳动合同内容不完整、劳动时间长且劳动报酬低、学生的法律意识薄弱、相关法律法规不健全等问题。为了促进普通高校本科学生实习权益保护,政府应加强立法及监督,学校应加强对实习学生的引导,用人单位应完善制度建设,实习学生应主动提高自我保护意识。

Undergraduate internship in colleges and universities are an important way for students to link their professional knowledge with work practice and improve their application ability. Taking Shandong University of Finance and Economics undergraduate internship as an example, this article summarizes the current problems in the protection of the rights and interests of college students in ordinary universities during their internship as to the lack of safety management responsibilities during the internship, incomplete labor contracts, long working hours and low labor remuneration, weak legal awareness, and imperfect laws and regulations. In order to promote the protection of the rights and interests of undergraduate students, the government should strengthen legislation and supervision, universities should strengthen the guidance of intern students, employers should improve system construction, and intern students should increase their self-protection awareness.
