燃用褐煤锅炉热一次风加热系统优化设计

摘要 针对燃用褐煤锅炉干燥出力不足的问题,提出一种热一次风加热系统的优化设计,即采用回转式预热器耦合管式预热器的系统。采用该系统后回转式预热器入口烟温可按燃用常规烟煤的锅炉进行设计,提高了褐煤锅炉与中速磨系统的适配性。经计算分析,该系统在煤质、负荷及环境条件发生变化时,可通过挡板调节来确保所需的入磨风温,具有较高的可调性及适应能力,且回转式预热器的入口烟温降低,排烟温度降低,提高了机组的经济性。 In view of the problem of insufficient drying capacity of lignite fired boiler,a hot primary air heating system using a rotary preheater coupled with a tubular preheater is proposed.After adopting this system,the flue gas temperature at the inlet of the rotary preheater of the lignite boiler can be designed according to the boiler burning conventional coal,which improves the adaptability between the lignite boiler and the medium speed grinding system.Through calculation and analysis,when the coal,unit load and environmental conditions change,the system can ensure the required air temperature into the mill through baffle adjustment,which has high adjustability and adaptability,and the inlet flue gas temperature and exhaust gas temperature of the rotary preheater are reduced,which improves the economy of the unit.
