摘要
本文研究同批次同品种稻谷分别储存在地面库和地下库不同储存条件下(地面库储存环境为变温、定期密闭,地下库储存环境为恒温、长期密闭、长期低氧)品质变化的规律,经过跟踪监测,分析稻谷在储藏期间的温度、氧气浓度、水分、脂肪酸值和黄粒米的变化趋势,探索稻谷在不同储存条件下的品质变化规律。
This paper studies the law of quality change of the same batch of rice of the same variety stored in different storage conditions(the storage environment of the ground warehouse is variable temperature,regularly closed,and the storage environment of the underground warehouse is constant temperature,long-term closed,and long-term low oxygen)in the ground warehouse and underground warehouse respectively.Through tracking and monitoring,analyze the change trend of temperature,oxygen concentration,water,fatty acid value,and yellow rice during storage,to explore the quality changes of rice under different storage conditions.
