刮板机导轨结构改造探讨

摘要 本文通过对刮板机导轨结构进行改造,优化了刮板机导轨结构设计,有效防止了导轨脱落及其脱落后对设备的进一步损害,同时使用NM400耐磨钢和超高分子量聚乙烯板材料,使导轨理论更换间隔时间延长6.19倍,改造后的刮板机运行噪声最大降低9.39%,降低了噪声对环境的污染,延长了维修间隔,减少了维修人员的工作量,节约了成本。 This paper optimizes the guide rail structure design of the scraper by modifying the guide rail structure of the scraper,effectively preventing the guide rail from falling off and further damage to the equipment after falling off.At the same time,NM400 wear-resistant steel and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene plate materials are used to prolong the theoretical replacement interval of the guide rail by 6.19 times,and the operating noise of the scraper after transformation is reduced by 9.39%,reducing the pollution of noise to the environment and extending the maintenance interval.The workload of maintenance personnel is reduced and the cost is saved.
