接近开关在门机防风铁楔上的设计应用

Design and Application of Proximity Switch on Windproof Iron Wedge of Portal Crane

门座式起重机在进行作业准备前大车行走时,需要码头工人在机下检查辅助。但是复杂恶劣的码头工作环境以及长时间的高强度作业,难免会影响工人的精神状态,产生或多或少的疏忽,特别是取出位于轨道与轮子间的防风铁楔这一环节。为消除此类隐患,利用接近开关在防风铁楔上进行改良设计,在司机室触摸屏实现可视化,达到了良好的效果。

When the portal crane is traveling before the operation preparation,the dock workers need to check and assist under the crane.However the complex and harsh working environment of the wharf and the long-term high-intensity operation will inevitably affect the mental state of the workers,resulting in more or less negligence,especially taking out the windproof iron wedge between the track and the wheel.In order to eliminate such hidden dangers,the proximity switch is used to improve the design on the windproof iron wedge,and the visualization is realized on the touch screen in the cab,which has achieved good results.
