动物源食品中兽药残留检测技术现状

Analysis on the Present Situation of Detection Technology of Veterinary Drug Residues in Food of Animal Origin

随着我国畜牧业的不断发展,市面上的动物源食品大多为人工养殖,为了促进动物生长发育,很多畜产品在养殖过程中会添加兽药,如果饲养者违规使用或超量添加药量,会导致畜产品中残留兽药,人们食用含有兽药残留的畜产品会对身体健康造成危害,因此要对畜产品兽药残留量进行检测,从而保证畜产品的质量安全。随着人们生活质量的不断提高,对食品安全的关注度也越来越高,兽药残留检测技术也受到了重视。本文对我国动物源性食品中兽药残留的现状、兽药残留的前处理以及兽药残留检测技术进行了综述,以提升食品安全水平。

With the continuous development of animal husbandry in China,most of the animal derived foods on the market are artificially bred.In order to promote the growth and development of animals,many animal products will add veterinary drugs in the breeding process.If the breeders use drugs in violation of regulations or add excessive amounts of drugs,it will lead to residual veterinary drugs in animal products.If people eat animal products containing veterinary drug residues,it will harm their health.Therefore,it is necessary to detect the residual veterinary drugs in animal products,So as to ensure the quality and safety of livestock products.With the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life,more and more attention has been paid to food safety,and veterinary drug residue detection technology has also received attention.In this paper,the current situation of veterinary drug residues in animal derived food,the pre-treatment of veterinary drug residues and the detection technology of veterinary drug residues were reviewed to improve the level of food safety.
