现代快节奏的工作生活使人们对速食食品的多样性需求越来越高。小米属于杂粮,是公认的营养健康食品,它富含维生素、胡萝卜素、氨基酸、脂肪、碳水化合物以及钙、铁、磷等营养物质,具有改善食欲、促进脾胃健康、通肠利便等保健作用。因此,对小米进行工业化深度开发利用,有利于改变人们的膳食结构,增强人们的身体素质。
With the modern fast-paced work and life,people’s demand for the diversity of fast food is getting higher and higher.Millet,which belongs to miscellaneous grains,is recognized as a nutritious and healthy food.It is rich in vitamins,carotene,amino acids,fats,carbohydrates,calcium,iron,phosphorus and other nutrients.It can improve appetite,promote spleen and stomach health,and facilitate bowel movement.Therefore,the in-depth development and utilization of millet is conducive to changing people’s dietary structure and enhancing people’s physical fitness.
