花生油中黄曲霉毒素B_1检测能力验证方法研究

摘要 本文采用高效液相色谱法对花生油中的黄曲霉毒素B_(1)含量进行检测。通过优化前处理步骤,提升黄曲霉毒素B_(1)的检测效率,优化后的检测方法测得能力验证样品的结果为5.89μg·kg^(-1)和8.15μg·kg^(-1),相关系数为0.999 9,回收率为99.3%和105.2%。检测结果在中国检验检疫科学研究院测试评价中心公布的有效值区间以内,两个样品的Z比分数分别为0.4和0,检测结果满意。 In this paper,the content of aflatoxin B_(1) in peanut oil was detected by HPLC.The detection efficiency of aflatoxin B_(1) was improved by optimizing the pre-processing steps.The results of the the optimized detection method were 5.89μg·kg^(-1 )and 8.15μg·kg^(-1),the correlation coefficient was 0.9999,and the recovery rate was 99.3%and 105.2%,the test results were within the effective value range published by the Price Measurement Center of Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine,and the Z-ratios of the two samples were 0.4 and 0,respectively.The test results were satisfactory.
