摘要
本文采用超高效液相色谱对柑橘各个组织中的柚皮苷进行定性、定量分析。以乙腈和纯水为流动相,通过色谱柱Waters ACQUITY-BEH C_(18),采用梯度洗脱,在波长288 nm处使用PDA检测器检测。结果显示,该方法精密度、准确度、重复性良好,适用于柑橘及相关产品中柚皮苷的快速检测。
In this paper,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of naringin in various tissues of citrus was carried out by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography.Acetonitrile and pure water were used as mobile phases,passed through the column Waters ACQUITY-BEH C_(18),gradient elution was adopted,and PDA detector was used for detection at the wavelength of 288 nm.The results show that the method has good precision,accuracy and repeatability,and is suitable for the rapid detection of naringin in citrus and related products.
