根据城镇配电网不停电检修需要,结合现有的不停电作业方法,提出了一种利用现有线路网架、在配电线路和用户均不停电的同时实现10 kV开关站投运的方法,实践证明这种不停电投运10 kV开关站的方法能够满足配电网安全、高效检修的要求。

According to the requirements of overhaul without power-cut for urban power distribution grids,an approach,combined with the current operation approach with power uninterrupted,is put forward to operate 10 kV switchyards without power-cut both in the distribution lines and power users based on the current operating power lines,which is verified compliable with the safety and efficient overhaul needs of distribution grids.
