摘要
目的:探讨口腔种植修复术在牙列缺损中的效果及对龈沟液中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法:选择2018年9月-2020年9月在龙岩市第二医院就诊的88例牙列缺损患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为参照组和研究组,每组44例,其中参照组采用固定义齿修复治疗,研究组采用口腔种植修复术治疗。对比两组种植牙语言功能、固位功能、美观功能、咀嚼功能评分,龈沟液中TNF-α及IL-6水平,并发症发生情况。结果:术后7 d,研究组龈沟液中TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于参照组(P<0.05);术后6个月,研究组语言功能、固位功能、美观功能、咀嚼功能评分均高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为4.55%,低于参照组的22.73%(P<0.05)。结论:采用口腔种植修复术治疗牙列缺损,可有效减轻炎症反应,改善种植牙各项功能,降低并发症发生风险。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of oral implant repair in dentition defect and its effect on the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in gingival crevicular fluid.Method:A total of 88 patients with dentition defect who were treated in the Second Hospital of Longyan City from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into a reference group and a research group according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with fixed denture restoration,and the research group was treated with oral implant repair.The language function,retention function,aesthetic function and masticatory function scores of the dental implants,TNF-α,IL-6 levels in gingival crevicular fluid and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result:7 d after surgery,the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in gingival crevicular fluid of the research group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).6 months after surgery,the scores of language function,retention function,aesthetic function and mastication function in the research group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the research group was 4.55%,which was lower than 22.73%of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral implant repair for dentition defect can effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction,improve various functions of dental implants and reduce the risk of complications.
