摘要
协作共同体是提高职业院校教师教学创新团队建设水平和加强高素质“双师型”教师队伍建设的重要平台。职业院校教师教学创新团队建设协作共同体的构成要素包括牵头单位、普通团队和培训基地;团队与团队之间要在资源、技术、配合和信息等方面进行协作;培训基地要为团队提供高水平的培训,为团队建设管理、评价、课题研究等工作提供专业指导。
The collaborative community is an important platform to improve the construction level of the teachers'teaching innovation team in vocational college and strengthen the construction of high-quality"double qualified"teachers.The elements of the collaborative community for the construction of teachers'teaching innovation teams in vocational colleges include the leading team,the general team and the training base;the team should cooperate with each other in terms of resources,technology,cooperation and information;the training base shall provide high-level training for the team,and provide professional guidance for team building management,evaluation,project research,etc.
