Evaluation and Improvement of Teaching Innovation Team Construction Quality in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校教师教学创新团队建设质量评价对提高团队建设水平、激励团队成员、完善团队管理体系具有重要意义。通过分析部分高职院校教师教学创新团队建设的评价与考核办法,发现其存在评价标准单一、重结果轻过程、定量评价居多、缺乏第三方监督等问题,难以促进教师教学创新团队建设高质量发展。为此,亟待改善教师教学创新团队建设评价体系,采取构建多元化评价机制、注重发展性评价、定量评价与定性评价相结合、强化监督评估等举措。

The quality evaluation of teaching innovation team construction in higher vocational colleges is of great significance to improve the team building level,motivate team members and improve the team management system.Through the analysis of the evaluation and assessment methods of teachers'teaching innovation teams in some higher vocational colleges,it is found that there are problems such as single evaluation standards,focusing on results rather than processes,quantitative evaluation in the majority,and lack of third-party supervision,which are difficult to promote the high-quality development of teachers'teaching innovation teams.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the evaluation system of teachers'teaching innovation team construction,and take measures such as building a diversified evaluation mechanism,focusing on development evaluation,combining quantitative evaluation with qualitative evaluation,and strengthening supervision and evaluation.
