男性精神分裂症患者阿立哌唑血药浓度与血清泌乳素、睾酮水平及性功能的相关性分析

Correlation between Plasma Concentration of Aripiprazole and Serum Prolactin,Testosterone,Sexual Function in Male Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:分析男性精神分裂症患者阿立哌唑血药浓度与血清泌乳素(PRL)、睾酮(T)水平及性功能的相关性。方法:回顾性选取2017年1月-2018年1月在赣州市第三人民医院就诊的86例男性精神分裂症患者临床资料,所有患者均采用阿立哌唑治疗,测定治疗1、2、4、6周后的血药浓度。评估治疗前和治疗1、2、4、6周后的阳性和阴性症状量表(positive and negative symptom scale,PANSS)评分及男性性功能量表评分,测定治疗前和治疗1、2、4、6周后血清PRL和T水平,分析血药浓度与血清PRL、T水平及性功能的相关性。结果:随着治疗时间延长,PANSS总分逐渐降低(P<0.05);治疗各时间点的PRL、T水平和性功能总分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);随着治疗时间延长,阿立哌唑用药剂量加大,血药浓度逐渐升高(P<0.05);治疗1、2、4、6周后阿立哌唑血药浓度与PRL、T水平及性功能总分均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:采用阿立哌唑治疗可以改善男性精神分裂症患者的病情,且血药浓度与PRL、T水平及性功能均无相关性,对性功能影响较小。

Objective:To analyze the correlation between plasma concentration of Aripiprazole and serum prolactin (PRL),testosterone (T),sexual function in male patients with schizophrenia.Method:A retrospective collection was performed on the clinical data of 86 male patients with schizophrenia treated in Ganzhou Third People’s Hospital between January 2017 and January 2018.All were treated with Aripiprazole,and serum concentrations were measured after 1 week,2,4,and 6 weeks of treatment.The scores of positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS) and male sexual function scale were evaluated before treatment and after 1 week,2,4,and 6 weeks of treatment.Serum PRL and T levels were measured before treatment and after 1 week,2,4 and 6 weeks of treatment,and the correlation between serum PRL,T levels and sexual function was analyzed.Result:With the prolongation of treatment time,the total score of PANSS decreased gradually (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in PRL,T levels and total score of sexual function at each time point of treatment (P>0.05).With the prolongation of treatment time,the Aripiprazole dose increased,and the serum concentration increased gradually (P<0.05).After 1 week,2,4 and 6 weeks of treatment,there was no correlation between Aripiprazole blood concentration and PRL,T levels and the total score of sexual function (P>0.05).Conclusion:Aripiprazole can improve conditions of male patients with schizophrenia.The plasma concentration is not correlated with PRL,T or sexual function,with few effects on sexual function.
