随着我国人口老龄化的快速发展,老年人的营养风险逐步升高。营养风险筛查为及时、合理的营养干预提供了支持。当前国内、外存在多种营养筛查工具,各有其适用范围。本文将对老年人常用筛查工具进行综述,分析比较不同工具的筛查内容、适用范围及应用情况,以期为医务工作者根据不同人群的特点选择适宜的营养筛查工具提供参考。

With the rapid development of population aging in China,the nutritional risk of the elderly is gradually increasing.Nutrition risk screening provides support for timely and reasonable nutritional intervention.At present,there are a variety of nutritional screening tools at home and abroad,each with its own scope of application.This article will review the commonly used screening tools for the elderly,analyze and compare the screening content,scope of application of different tools,in order to provide reference for medical workers to select appropriate nutritional screening tools according to the characteristics of different populations.
