内科新护士核心能力评价指标体系的构建及权重分析

Construction and Weight Analysis of Core Competence Evaluation Index System for New Internal Medicine Nurses

目的:构建三级甲等综合性医院内科新护士核心能力评价指标体系并进行权重分析。方法:本研究时间为2019年6-10月,结合文献及专家会议,拟定评价体系初级草案,采用德尔菲(Delphi)法确定指标体系并获得指标重要性评分,采用层次分析法(AHP)确定指标权重并验证矩阵一致性。结果:两轮专家积极性系数分别为100%、90%,重要性评分(4.06±0.91)~(5.00±0.00),变异系数0.00~0.22,专家权威系数分别为0.823、0.835,肯德尔和谐系数介于0.196~0.339(P<0.01),最终确立了包含6个一级指标、23个二级指标和53个三级指标及其权重。结论:本指标体系内容全面,层次分明,结果可靠,可为三级甲等综合性医院内科新护士核心能力培养、评估和考核提供参考。

Objective:To establish the evaluation index system of the core competence of new internal medicine nurses in grade 3A general hospital and carry out weight analysis.Method:This study was conducted from June to October 2019.Combined with literature and expert meetings,the preliminary draft of the evaluation system was prepared.Delphi expert letter consultation method was used to determine the index system and obtain the index importance score.analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to determine the index weight and verify the consistency of the matrix.Result:Two rounds of expert coefficient were 100%and 90%respectively,the importance rating was(4.06±0.91)-(5.00±0.00),the variation coefficient was 0.00-0.22,experts coefficients were 0.823,0.835,the Kendall harmonious coefficient between 0.196-0.339(P<0.01),and finally established internal new nurse in grade 3A general hospital core competency index system contained six indicators,23 secondary indicators and 53 tertiary index and its weights.Conclusion:The index system has comprehensive contents,distinct levels and reliable results,which can provide reference for the cultivation,evaluation and assessment of the core competence of new internal medicine nurses in grade 3A general hospital.
