拉莫三嗪联合左乙拉西坦治疗癫痫的效果

Effect of Lamotrigine Combined with Levetiracetam in the Treatment of Epilepsy

目的:探讨拉莫三嗪联合左乙拉西坦治疗癫痫的效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年12月深圳出入境边防检查总站医院收治的72例癫痫患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和研究组,每组36例。两组均给予患者维持呼吸通畅、纠正电解质异常和酸碱平衡等基础治疗。对照组服用拉莫三嗪,研究组服用拉莫三嗪联合左乙拉西坦。比较脑电图表现改善效果、简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分、症状缓解及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组脑电图改善有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组MMSE、MoCA评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组强直发作频率、失神发作频率、阵挛发作频率均低于治疗前,且研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:癫痫患者应用拉莫三嗪与左乙拉西坦联合治疗,相关临床症状、认知功能、脑电图表现均得到有效改善,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Lamotrigine combined with Levetiracetam in the treatment of epilepsy.Method:A total of 72 patients with epilepsy admitted to Shenzhen Entry-Exit Border Inspection Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected,they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table,36 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were given basic treatment such as maintaining smooth respiration,correcting electrolyte abnormality and acid-base balance.The control group received Lamotrigine,and the study group received Lamotrigine combined with Levetiracetam.The improvement effect of EEG performance,the scores of mini-mental state examination(MMSE),Montreal Cognitive assessment(MoCA),the symptom relief and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The effective rate of EEG improvement of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,MMSE and MoCA scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the frequency of tonic seizure,absent seizure and clonic seizure of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Lamotrigine combined with Levetiracetam can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,cognitive function and EEG performance in patients with epilepsy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
