血清P-selectin、ICAM-1、IL-17A在慢性乙肝病毒性感染中表达的相关性研究

Correlation Study of Serum P-selectin,ICAM-1 and IL-17A Expression in Chronic Hepatitis B Virus Infection

目的:研究血清P-选择素(P-selectin)、细胞间黏附分子-1(intercellular adhesion molecule-1,ICAM-1)、白细胞介素17A(interleukin 17A,IL-17A)在慢性乙肝病毒性感染中表达的相关性。方法:选取2019年2月-2020年3月在抚州市东乡区人民医院就诊的132例HBV感染患者,其中慢性乙肝患者75例为慢性乙肝组,单纯HBV感染57例为非慢性乙肝组,选择同一时间62例体检结果正常者作为正常对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测血清P-selectin、IL-17A及ICAM-1水平。比较三组P-selectin、ICAM-1及IL-17A水平;比较慢性乙肝组不同严重程度患者的P-selectin、ICAM-1及IL-17A水平;分析P-selectin、IL-17A及ICAM-1相关性。结果:慢性乙肝组和非慢性乙肝组P-selectin、IL-17A水平均高于正常对照组,ICAM-1水平均低于正常对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。慢性乙肝组P-selectin、IL-17A水平均高于非慢性乙肝组,ICAM-1水平低于非慢性乙肝组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中度、重度患者血清P-selectin、IL-17A水平均高于轻度,ICAM-1水平均低于轻度,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重度患者血清P-selectin、IL-17A水平均高于中度,ICAM-1水平低于中度,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。P-selectin与IL-17A呈正相关,ICAM-1与IL-17A呈负相关,P-selectin与ICAM-1呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性乙肝感染患者中血清P-selectin、IL-17A含量异常增高,ICAM-1含量异常下降,可用于衡量患者病情严重程度,P-selectin与IL-17A呈正相关,P-selectin、IL-17A与ICAM-1均呈负相关。

Objective:To study the correlation between the expression of serum P-selectin,intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)and interleukin 17A(IL-17A)in chronic hepatitis B virus infection.Method:A total of 132 patients with HBV treated in Dongxiang District People’s Hospital of Fuzhou City from February 2019 to March 2020 were selected,including 75 patients with with chronic hepatitis B as chronic hepatitis B group,57 patients with simple HBV infection as non-chronic hepatitis B group,62 patients with normal physical examination results at the same time were selected as normal control group.Serum levels of P-selectin,IL-17A and ICAM-1 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The levels of P-selectin,ICAM-1 and IL-17A were compared among the three groups;the levels of P-selectin,ICAM-1 and IL-17A in patients with different severity in chronic hepatitis B group were compared;the correlation of P-selectin,IL-17A and ICAM-1 were analyzed.Result:The levels of P-selectin and IL-17A in the chronic hepatitis B group and non-chronic hepatitis B group were higher than those in the normal control group,and the levels of ICAM-1 in the chronic hepatitis B group and non-chronic hepatitis B group were lower than those in the normal control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of P-selectin and IL-17A in the chronic hepatitis B group were higher than those in the non-chronic hepatitis B group,and the level of ICAM-1 in the chronic hepatitis B group was lower than that in the non-chronic hepatitis B group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum P-selectin and IL-17A in moderate and severe patients were higher than those in mild patients,and the levels of ICAM-1 in moderate and severe patients were lower than those in mild patients,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum P-selectin and IL-17A in severe patients were higher than those in moderate patients,the levels of ICAM-1 in severe patients was lower than that in moderate patients,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was positive correlation between P-selectin and IL-17A,negative correlation between ICAM-1 and IL-17A,and negative correlation between P-selectin and ICAM-1(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with chronic hepatitis B infection,the serum P-selectin and IL-17A levels are abnormally increase,while the serum ICAM-1 levels are abnormally decreased,which can be used to measure the severity of patients’disease.P-selectin is positively correlated with IL-17A,while p-selectin and IL-17A are negatively correlated with ICAM-1.
