保妇康栓联合干扰素α2b治疗子宫颈HPV感染患者的临床价值系统分析

Systematic Analysis of Clinical Value of Baofukang Suppository Combined with Interferonα2b in the Treatment of Patients with Cervical HPV Infection

目的:系统评价保妇康栓与干扰素α2b联合治疗和干扰素α2b治疗子宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床效果,为子宫颈HPV感染患者提供临床治疗决策依据。方法:计算机检索The Cochrane Library、PubMed、Embase、Medline、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据(WanFang Data)、维普(VIP)及中国生物医学(CBM)数据库(从建库至2021年12月),纳入以保妇康栓与干扰素α2b联合治疗和干扰素α2b单药治疗子宫颈HPV感染患者为研究对象的随机对照试验(RCT)及半随机对照试验(CCT),由2名研究者独立进行文献筛选、资料提取及文献偏倚风险评价后,再利用Cochrane手册对纳入的研究进行方法学质量的评价,用RevMan 5.4.1进行统计分析。结果:共纳入10个RCT,5个CCT,共1548例患者。经Meta分析后,保妇康栓与干扰素α2b联合治疗子宫颈HPV感染的总有效率优于干扰素α2b(OR=4.76,P<0.00001),保妇康栓与干扰素α2b联合治疗子宫颈HPV感染的总转阴率优于干扰素α2b(OR=2.08,P<0.00001)。结论:保妇康栓与干扰素α2b联合治疗子宫颈HPV感染有效率和HPV转阴率均优于干扰素α2b单药治疗,但由于纳入的研究文献质量不高,最终结果需要更多高质量的RCT的研究和验证。

Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical effects of Baofukang Suppository combined with IFN-α2b and IFN-α2b in the treatment of cervical human papillomavirus(HPV)infection,so as to provide the basis for clinical treatment decisions for patients with cervical HPV infection.Method:The Cochrane Library,PubMed,Embase,Medline,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),WanFang Data,VIP and China Biomedicine(CBM)databases were searched by computer(from the establishment of the database to December 2021).Into in order to protect Baofukang Suppository combined with IFN-α2b and IFN-α2b monotherapy in the treatment of patients with cervical HPV infection as the research objects of randomized controlled trials(RCT)and quasi-randomized control trial(CCT),conducted by two independent researchers document filtering,data extraction,and the literature bias risk assessment,reuse the Cochrane handbook on into the research on methodology of quality evaluation,RevMan 5.4.1 was used for statistical analysis.Result:A total of 10 RCT and 5 CCT were included,with 1548 patients.After Meta-analysis,the results showed that the total effective rate of the combination treatment of cervical HPV infection with Baofukang Suppository and IFN-α2b was superior to that of IFN-α2b(OR=4.76,P<0.00001)and the total negative conversion rate of the combination treatment of Baofukang Suppository and IFN-α2b for cervical HPV infection was better than that of IFN-α2b(OR=2.08,P<0.00001).Conclusion:The effective rate and HPV negative conversion rate of the combination of Baofukang Suppository and IFN-α2b in the treatment of cervical HPV infection are superior to that of the monotherapy of IFN-α2b.However,due to the low quality of included research articles,the final result needs more research and verification of RCTs with high quality.
